For the international shipping, we use EMS.

We only accept PayPal for the international transaction.

We accept international orders only by E-MAIL.

<How to complete your order>

1. Please e-mail us with following information to info@its12midnight.com.

2. We will send the notification of the total amount to be paid via PayPal.

3. We will ship your order within 3 business days, after we confirm your payment via PayPal. (In the case the item(s) is(are) in supply.)

*If you order "build-to-order" item(s), we will let you know the approximate delivery date as much we can.

Please complete the payment via PayPal within 3 days.
We will cancel your order if your payment can not be confirmed by the due date.

4. After the shipping is made, we will e-mail you with the tracking number of your package.

Please understand we cannot accept the returns and exchanges for the international shipping.

Shipping fee depends on the delivery location.

*"Free Shipping(送料無料)" is only available for ordered to deliver only in JAPAN.
Shipping fee is needed even the items are informed as "Free Shipping."

*Some customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

2. PayPalより決済のメールをお送りいたしますので、お手続きをお願いいたします。

3. 在庫のございます商品は、PayPal決済の完了を確認次第、3営業日以内に発送いたします。

※受注生産の商品の場合は、おおよその発送日をご連絡いたします。
商品の完成まで今しばらくお待ちくださいませ。

≪お支払い期限に関しまして≫
PayPal決済のメールをお受け取り後、3日以内にお手続きをお願いいたします。
3日以内にお支払いがない場合は、ご注文をキャンセルとさせていただきますので、予めご了承くださいませ。

4. 発送完了後、EMSの追跡番号をEメールにてお送りします。
